Available in-store only, we offer a small selection of software. Some products may also be available for direct download after purchase via Option 2: OnTheHub below. We stock our selection of software for our guests who wish to purchase software with their financial aid book advances or who are purchasing a laptop and want software available at the point and time of purchase. E-Academy can only accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only).

Due to AACC's site license agreements with Microsoft, Adobe and other publishers, we are able to offer students, staff and faculty a selected number of software titles at significant discounts.

Faculty and staff can purchase various titles under the Work at Home (WAH) agreement. With this program, the employee agrees to use the software at home for college-related purposes only. Spouses, friends and family are not allowed to use the software and it must be removed when the employee terminates employment with the college. WAH licenses are normally available for a very nominal fee.

Students, faculty and staff can purchase licenses at vastly reduced rates under academic licensing agreements. Some software is available at up to 90% below retail pricing. With this option, the individual owns the license and the software can be used for personal academic use.

Visit the OnTheHub website. On your initial visit, you will need to register using your AACC e-mail address. After entering your AACC or MyMail address, Kivuto will send a message with your password to your campus e-mail. You will be a registered user after using this password to log in to OnTheHub.

Depending on your account type, you will qualify for various products. Typically, you will only be allowed one copy of any particular product offered. Select the product(s) which you wish to purchase and which type of license under which you wish to purchase the products. Payment must be made via American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

Purchasers will be required to accept Kivuto's and the publisher's terms and conditions. OnTheHub tracks and manages all purchases, licenses and usage. For more information, please access the OnTheHub website and visit their Support section.
